About IRL
Researchers at UC Berkeley have identified a “100,000-year data gap” - the gulf between what trained AI language models and what physical robots actually have to learn from. Closing that gap is the defining infrastructure challenge of the physical AI era. IRL is Instawork’s answer to it. Role Overview
We are building one of India's largest commercial video data collection networks. As a Zonal Data Captain, you will own the business pipeline for your assigned zone. Your primary responsibility is to find businesses, convert them for on-site video data collection, and keep the recording engine in your territory active every single day. You will spend your days in the field meeting business owners, converting them, and expanding into new towns mapped to your zone.

Position: Field Officer

We are looking for proactive and responsible individuals to join our team as Field Officers. In this role, you will visit commercial spaces, assist businesses with our video recording equipment, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and support.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit commercial spaces and business locations regularly
• Install and provide guidance on video recording equipment
• Help businesses capture day-to-day operational recordings
• Manage and monitor equipment usage
• Support and guide business partners during the recording process
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Ensure operational requirements are completed efficiently

Eligibility & Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field work and client interaction
• Basic technical understanding of devices/equipment
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Prior field sales/support experience is an advantage

Salary & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: ₹30,000
• Travel Allowance: ₹6,000
• Total Compensation: ₹36,000 per month

Training & Onboarding
Selected candidates will be invited for a short office training and demo session to understand the workflow,
equipment handling, and responsibilities in detail.
