[FACTOR] Senior Operational Excellence Manager (all genders)

Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for you as an Operational Excellence Lead (m/f/d). As Operational Excellence Lead, you will lead the OpEx team at our food production site and drive the continuous improvement of our production and business processes. With a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability, you’ll apply Lean and WCM methodologies to deliver measurable improvements - both strategically and operationally.

You will…

• Drive impactful Operational Excellence initiatives across the site, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from idea to implementation, using Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving to deliver sustainable results
• Partner with teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to challenge existing processes, develop solutions, and turn improvement opportunities into action
• Use data and operational insights to identify root causes, track performance, and make improvement opportunities visible, supporting fact-based decision-making
• Act as a trusted Operational Excellence expert and sparring partner for operational teams and senior stakeholders, bringing new ideas and best practices to the organisation
• Build and scale a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating workshops, sharing knowledge, and enabling teams to solve problems effectively and sustainably
• Own and shape your improvement agenda, balancing strategic projects with emerging opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment

You have…

• A university degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or food production environment
• Proven experience driving cross-functional improvement projects and turning ideas into sustainable, measurable results
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving; Green Belt certification is a plus
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive change across teams
• Fluent in German and English, with a proactive, hands-on mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
