ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an Product Manager, New Verticals to define, build, and scale AI agent - powered solutions for Harvey’s most strategic customers - enabling successful deployments and uncovering new solutions to unlock new opportunities for Harvey. This role sits at the intersection of deep customer discovery, sales, complex workflow mapping, AI/LLM capabilities, and hands-on delivery. You will work closely with key accounts to understand their highest-value use cases end to end, translate those into agent-powered solutions (out-of-the-box or net-new), and partner with engineering, research, and leadership to bring them to life. You’ll be responsible to drive repeatability - turning bespoke deployments into scalable products, pricing models, and commercial frameworks
