This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who gets genuinely excited about a LTVCAC breakthrough at 9am and wants to figure out why by 9:15. You'll sit inside a lean Growth team that moves fast, tests everything, and has the data infrastructure and creative firepower to back you up. If you want to spend the next few years learning more about growth marketing than most people learn in ten, this is the role.
