The Finance team stands as a strategic pillar of our organization, enabling the delivery of our business and financial goals, ensuring robust financial controls and optimizing overall financial performance. Finance is responsible for managing capital, ensuring financial integrity, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering accurate reporting to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

THE ROLE
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key contributor to financial transformation and support the company's growth and profitability objectives. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with the Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders, with strong exposure to the business, to support performance analysis, forecasting and decision-making. You will manage financial performance across the global marketplace, focusing on both financial performance and operational costs (e.g. customer compensation costs, reimbursements). The role requires strong analytical skills, a genuine interest in how the business operates, and the ability to connect financial, accounting, and operational perspectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cost control and estimation: act as the Finance point of contact for topics such as customer reimbursements and compensation, managing accruals and ensuring costs are accurately reflected, working closely with Accounting and Operations teams to guarantee data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Data analysis and modeling: work extensively with Tech and Data teams to build and improve the granularity and accuracy of figures, and develop or adjust internal financial models, including reconciliation between Finance and Ops to ensure they are accurate and reliable
Operations initiatives portfolio monitoring: support and provide financial guidance on operations initiatives, including recurring reviews with Tech and Accounting and tracking the financial impact of cost optimization and operational improvement projects
Mid- and long-term planning: support forecasting and budgeting processes by collecting trends and initiatives and incorporate on forecasting models. Analyze deviations versus plan and provide actionable insights
Performance monitoring and communication: Develop reports and dashboards for regular performance discussions with senior leadership, providing recommendations (acting as a bridge between financial and operational perspectives by translating data into actionable insights)
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field with a strong analytical focus; 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business partnering, or audit
Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to work closely with operations and accounting teams and translate financial information into business-relevant insights
Analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and proposing data-driven scenarios to apply to accruals and forecasting models
Proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with data modeling and visualization tools (SQL/BigQuery, Looker or similar)
Curious and proactive, interested in building and improving tools and processes, demonstrating critical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset
Fluency in English, written and spoken
