About this role
O papel de Legal Counsel na Enter é atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio, oferecendo suporte jurídico de ponta para operações comerciais, governança corporativa, compliance e privacidade. Você terá contato direto com clientes, parceiros e stakeholders internos, garantindo segurança jurídica nas decisões e contribuindo para a escalabilidade da empresa com agilidade e excelência técnica.
Responsabilidades
Contratos Comerciais: Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos complexos com clientes sofisticados (e.g. Mercado Livre, Nubank, Uber), garantindo clareza, segurança jurídica e alinhamento estratégico.
Governança Societária: Apoiar rotinas societárias, zelando pela conformidade com políticas internas e legislação vigente.
Parcerias e Relações Institucionais: Dar suporte jurídico a negociações e demandas contratuais de parcerias estratégicas, assegurando aderência legal e mitigação de riscos.
Setor Público: Assessorar a área de Government Sales em licitações e contratos administrativos, atendendo aos requisitos legais e regulatórios aplicáveis.
Compliance e Regulação: Apoiar na implementação e manutenção de políticas de compliance corporativo e regulatório, garantindo aderência a normativos internos e externos.
Proteção de Dados e Privacidade: Assegurar conformidade com a LGPD e demais normas aplicáveis, realizando análise de cláusulas contratuais e apoiando a implementação de políticas internas.
Gestão de Stakeholders: Manter relacionamento próximo com escritórios externos, coordenando fluxos de trabalho e garantindo qualidade técnica.
Atuação Multifuncional: Gerenciar simultaneamente demandas de diferentes áreas, equilibrando visão estratégica e execução prática.
Requisitos
Disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% em São Paulo (Pinheiros)
De 3-6 anos de experiência em direito corporativo (preferencialmente M&A)
Inglês fluente
