About this role
ServiceNow AI Delivery Consultant
Echelon AI · full-time · Remote (United States)
Who we are
About Echelon
Echelon is an AI delivery platform for ServiceNow. We build AI agents that plan, implement, and validate ServiceNow solutions, compressing weeks of consultant effort into hours without sacrificing quality. Fortune 500 companies and the ServiceNow partners who serve them already use Echelon to clear their backlogs: one major CRM provider unlocked 4,000 developer hours and cleared more than 1,000 tickets, a Fortune 10 healthcare company took a CSM migration from eight months down to ten weeks, and a large insurance provider replaced a year-plus migration with a ten-week ITSM go-live, executed correctly the first time.
Echelon was founded by the AI leadership team behind Moveworks, which was acquired by ServiceNow for $3 billion, and is backed by leading investors and executives from ServiceNow, OpenAI, Meta, and Salesforce. We're a ServiceNow Registered Partner for both Consulting & Implementation and Build, and we're SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliant.
The role
We're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow expert who is highly skilled at implementing, configuring, and enhancing the platform, and who's ready to jump into the world of AI. You are the human in the loop for AI-powered delivery: you'll review Echelon's work to ensure it's enterprise-grade before it reaches clients, train the agent where it falls short, and work side-by-side with Silicon Valley AI/ML engineers to shape what it becomes.
What you'll do
Work directly with Fortune 500 customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes through AI-powered ServiceNow delivery
Co-develop with AI agents that autonomously build catalog items, flows, integrations, ATF tests, and documentation from business requirements
Burn down real customer backlogs (catalog items, flow updates, enhancements, and stories) at a pace traditional delivery teams can't match
Review AI-generated solutions for quality, best practices, and enterprise readiness; your feedback directly improves our models
Train and refine our AI using real-world ServiceNow scenarios, edge cases, and architectural patterns from your experience
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to build new capabilities such as CMDB agents, integration agents, and custom app builders
Shape the delivery standards for AI-generated ServiceNow solutions, ensuring enterprise-grade quality and compliance
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements below. If you meet them, you're encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and configuration
Current or recent experience at a ServiceNow Partner, balancing competing client priorities without dropping quality
Strong command of the platform's bread and butter: catalog items, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, update sets, and day-to-day backlog and story delivery
Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills across server-side and client-side scripting
Experience with ServiceNow integrations: REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, APIs, and MID Server
Working knowledge of the modern platform: Now Assist, AI Agent Studio and agentic workflows, UI Builder / Next Experience, and Playbooks
Familiarity with at least two of: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, or HRSD
Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security best practices
Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications
ServiceNow migrations, instance consolidations, or large-scale implementations
AI tools as part of your daily workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), plus prompting skills; MCP familiarity is a bonus
Startup or fast-paced environment experience
