Live Sales Host

We're is looking for a high-energy, charismatic, sales-driven Live Sales Host to bring our brand and products to life through live shopping.

This role is for someone who is comfortable on camera, loves fashion, knows how to connect with an audience, and can SELL. You’ll host live shopping shows across platforms such as TikTok Live and Whatnot, creating an entertaining experience while educating customers, styling product, driving engagement, and converting viewers into buyers.

What You’ll Do

• Host engaging, high-energy live shows

• Present, style, and sell Dolls Kill merchandise on camera

• Learn product details, fit, sizing, features, and key selling points

• Build complete looks and make styling recommendations in real time

• Engage directly with viewers, answer questions, and create urgency around products

• Drive sales, units, conversion, and overall show performance

• Prepare and familiarize yourself with featured products before each show

• Collaborate with the Live Sales team on show flow, product assortment, promotions, and selling strategies

• Maintain Dolls Kill's brand voice while bringing your own personality and authentic hosting style

• Review performance and continuously improve based on sales results and customer engagement

• Support special live events, launches, themed shows, and peak-season initiatives

• Passionate about fashion, styling, trends, and Dolls Kill

• Able to talk naturally while simultaneously reading comments and interacting with viewers

• Strong at creating excitement, urgency, and customer connection

• Coachable and comfortable receiving performance feedback

• Reliable, prepared, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Previous experience in live selling, retail sales, hosting, content creation, styling, social media, entertainment, or on-camera work is preferred, but we're also interested in naturally talented personalities who can demonstrate that they know how to engage an audience and sell product.

Audition Requirement

As part of the application process, selected candidates may be asked to submit or complete a short live-selling audition demonstrating how they would sell and style a Dolls Kill product on camera.
