Senior Strategy & Operations Manager

The role:

As a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the leader of Strategy & Operations and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape how Coram scales its go-to-market organization. You’ll identify business challenges, define priorities, and build and lead workstreams from initial problem framing through implementation, adoption, and measurable results.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to solve ambiguous problems, improve critical GTM processes, and build the systems and automation that support our next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Independently define and lead strategic GTM work-streams end-to-end, establishing objectives, scope, success metrics, execution plans, and accountability

• Solve complex GTM challenges by combining data analysis, stakeholder input, and business judgment to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions

• Partner with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, navigate tradeoffs, secure decisions, and drive execution across teams

• Design and scale processes and systems that improve revenue team productivity, operational visibility, and the customer journey

• Build and deploy AI agents and automations that reduce manual work and improve the speed and quality of GTM execution

• Lead implementation and change management, ensuring new processes and tools are adopted, maintained, and delivering their intended impact

• Anticipate risks, resolve dependencies, and keep cross-functional initiatives moving in a fast-paced environment

• Communicate clear recommendations, progress, and results to leadership, connecting operational improvements to business outcomes

Skills and qualifications:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, business operations, or a related field, with meaningful experience at a B2B technology company

• Demonstrated ability to create and lead complex, cross-functional workstreams from an ambiguous starting point through implementation and measurable results

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions without formal authority, and building alignment across competing priorities

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with advanced spreadsheet fluency and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

• Strong understanding of GTM motions, revenue processes, and the operational challenges of scaling a B2B organization

• Experience designing and implementing tools, systems, and processes that teams adopt and rely on

• Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents or automations to improve business workflows

• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, including CRM architecture, workflows, data quality, reporting, and best practices

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into clear recommendations for senior audiences

• Strong ownership and judgment, with the ability to prioritize independently and balance long-term improvements with immediate business needs

• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

• Current or recent experience at a high-growth, Series A - C company is a plus

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred

• Able to work onsite
