  • Own global partner strategy and multi‑year business planning, aligning partner investment, GTM priorities, and execution to Cohesity’s growth objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies with strategic partners, leveraging alliances and ecosystems to drive material revenue impact.
  • Strategically grow and convert pipeline with global partners, forecasting conversion and outcomes in close coordination with Sales leadership.
  • Monitor partner pipeline, sales performance, and bookings conversion, driving corrective actions as needed to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive bookings growth, expand solution portfolios, and penetrate new divisions, regions, and partner organizations.
  • Influence pricing, deal structure, and negotiation strategy for complex, high‑value opportunities involving strategic partners.
  • Serve as a trusted internal advisor, contributing partner and market insights to Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership.
  • Deliver Cohesity’s strategy, value proposition, and long‑term vision to partner sales and technical leadership teams globally.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 15+ years of experience in GSI sales, partner ecosystems, or indirect GTM roles within enterprise B2B technology.
  • Proven success driving global, partner‑led revenue outcomes with material impact on overall company performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with wide latitude in strategy, decision making, and execution.
  • Extensive experience engaging C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers at global partners.
  • Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes, partner ecosystems, and the role of strategic alliances in accelerating growth.
  • Recognized expertise within GSI sales and partner strategy, both internally and externally.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and influence skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • English language proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in executive and professional settings.
