About this role

Company Description

We’re Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.

We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.

Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.

If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech - and we’re just getting started.

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build, execute, and scale Checkout.com’s enterprise demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies across North America. This role is a perfect hybrid of strategic rigor and hands-on execution. You will own the pipeline journey from first touch through to early-stage qualified opportunities, with a heavy emphasis on driving qualified pipeline and executive engagement alongside our Enterprise Sales team.

As a key driver of our NAMER growth strategy, you will build the operational blueprint for how we target, engage, and convert high-value enterprise buyers - including CFOs, Heads of Payments, Treasurers, and CTOs at Fortune 500 and hyper-growth digital businesses.

What you will do

  • Drive NAMER Pipeline & Revenue: Own the strategic plan and execution for regional demand generation, with ultimate accountability for driving qualified enterprise pipeline and closed-won revenue.

  • Architect Next-Gen ABM Programs: Design, launch, and scale 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs tailored to high-value enterprise targets in the US and Canada.

  • Optimize the Marketing-to-Sales Funnel: Partner deeply with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales to refine lead scoring, qualification, routing, and shared SLAs to maximize conversion rates and eliminate funnel friction.

  • Scale High-Leverage Channels: Identify, test, and scale the most effective acquisition channels (e.g., personalization email and nurture campaigns, targeted paid digital, webinars, bespoke content syndication, and industry events) specifically optimized for the North American enterprise market.

  • Master the Enterprise Persona: Develop sophisticated segmentation and messaging strategies that resonate with complex buying committees - balancing highly technical personas (Product/Engineering) with commercial decision-makers (Finance/C-Suite).

  • Align Cross-Functionally: Act as a critical bridge between Enterprise Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to ensure unified, integrated campaigns across the entire buyer journey.

  • Build for the Future: Establish the framework and early momentum for a high-performing demand gen function, keeping a laser focus on data-driven insights to constantly optimize ROI.

  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6 - 8+ years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or Fintech, with a proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Proven ABM Expertise: Direct experience building and scaling highly targeted Account-Based Marketing programs that have measurably driven pipeline acceleration and closed-won revenue.

  • Fintech or Payments Background (Highly Desired): A strong understanding of the payments landscape, digital commerce, or complex financial ecosystems is a massive plus.

  • Data-Driven & Commercially Minded: Deep comfort with marketing automation, CRM systems, ABM tech stacks, and advanced multi-touch attribution models.

  • Fluidity Between Strategy & Execution: You love setting the high-level roadmap but are equally excited to roll up your sleeves, write the copy, build the campaign, and dive into the data yourself.

  • Exceptional Collaboration Skills: Strong cross-functional instincts with the ability to influence, align, and drive accountability across marketing, revenue ops, and senior sales leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive healthcare, vision, and dental benefits.

  • A highly collaborative, dynamic, and flexible working environment.

  • The opportunity to shape the growth story of a global fintech giant in North America.
