The Problems You'll Solve

At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As a Regional Office Manager, AMEA, you'll work to:

  • Build and sustain a best-in-class front-of-house experience for the Singapore hub, setting the standard for how Carta shows up to employees, guests, and building partners across the region.
  • Own the operational infrastructure that keeps the Singapore office running - vendor relationships, building liaison, access control systems, and daily procedures - so employees can focus on their work rather than logistics.
  • Ensure physical security and compliance by managing the Envoy guest system, keycard access controls, and local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.
  • Partner with Onboarding, IT, and People teams to design seamless new hire experiences - from desk setup and welcome kits to coordinated day-one logistics.
  • Create meaningful employee experience moments through Singapore office events, cultural celebrations, and Company Days that build a sense of community in the region.
  • Serve as an operational resource for APAC satellite offices during team expansions, leave periods, or new office launches - including traveling onsite when hands-on support is needed (up to 20% travel)

The Team You'll Work With

You'll be joining Carta's People & Workplace Experience team.

Singapore is Carta's primary Asia hub and a cornerstone of the company's international growth. The Workplace Experience team ensures that every Carta employee - from a day-one new hire to a visiting executive - has the physical environment, operational infrastructure, and human support they need to do their best work. This team sits within the broader People organization and partners closely with IT, Recruiting, and Finance to keep offices running smoothly across geographies. As Carta's regional footprint expands, this team's work grows in both complexity and consequence - and this role sits at the center of it.

About You

  • Operationally self-sufficient. You have 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, or facilities coordination - ideally in a tech startup or fast-paced corporate environment - and you run things without waiting to be told.
  • People-first professional. You bring warmth and polish to every interaction, whether welcoming a visitor, resolving an employee request, or navigating a vendor issue under pressure.
  • Regionally adaptable. You're comfortable working across cultures and time zones, and you're ready and willing to travel within APAC on short notice when business needs arise.
  • Tech-fluent. You're confident in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern guest and access control systems such as Envoy and keycard management platforms.
  • Clear, confident communicator. You write and speak in English with precision and professionalism, and you manage upward, across teams, and with external partners with equal ease.

At Carta, you’re not just an employee. You’re a builder who is creating infrastructure that accelerates innovation and empowers more ownership. Cartans are helpful, relentless, unconventional and kind; representing Carta’s Identity Traits. They work collaboratively and cross functionally to challenge the status quo; working towards a common goal of creating more owners in the private markets.
