About this role
Who we are
At Namaa, we build and operate tech-enabled urban infrastructure that gives consumers fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.
Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.
We believe the future of foodservice and commerce lies in purpose-built infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and scalability. That’s why Namaa was established - to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.
Our ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thrive in an increasingly on-demand world.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, handbooks, process documentation, and other learning resources for teams across Namaa.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, both in person and virtually, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand training needs and create content that supports team objectives and business processes.
- Help translate complex information, policies, and processes into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand training materials.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing learning resources and assisting with training initiatives for new joiners.
- Keep training content accurate, relevant, and up to date as processes and business needs evolve.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning resources, training processes, and employee development initiatives across Namaa.
What we’re looking for
- 2 - 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Experience developing training materials, presentations, guides, or other learning content.
- Strong communication in both English and Arabic and presentation skills, with the ability to make information clear and accessible to different audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, and comfort using digital tools to create and deliver learning materials.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a genuine interest in helping people learn and perform at their best.
