The Job at a Glance

We're seeking a super smart, hungry, and resilient individual who is passionate about technology and healthcare to join us as a Program Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and brings a strong organizational mindset to complex projects. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex programs across various departments to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and adapt to the dynamic nature of a growing startup in the healthcare technology space.

Responsibilities

  • Impact the strategy and execution for AnsibleHealth's general operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Work independently on projects through the full life cycle, overseeing clinical, operational, and technology aspects.

  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

  • Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Establish program governance structures and processes, including risk management, issue management, and change management.

  • Monitor and report on program progress, status, and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Continuously identify and mitigate program risks and issues.

  • Facilitate program-related meetings and workshops.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive program success and identify growth opportunities.

  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to our operations to ensure we're ready to scale.

  • Anticipate issues, propose solutions, manage dependencies, and identify areas for tool/process improvement.

  • Collaborate with and steer internal teams, including Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, and Clinical Operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable to be in a constantly changing role with a high level of ambiguity - as we are a fast-moving startup operating in an ever-evolving environment. He or she should have excellent analytical, communication and management skills to succeed in this role.

Education

Bachelor's degree from one of the top five universities in the Philippines.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0-5 years of relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.

  • Demonstrated passion for technology and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and platforms.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Resilient mindset with the ability to bounce back from challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Keen interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes; prior healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • High intellectual curiosity and a hunger for personal and professional development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and willingness to learn new software tools as needed.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment.

  • Eagerness to take on leadership roles and initiative to drive projects forward.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and process improvement.

The ideal candidate is a highly intelligent, motivated individual who is passionate about leveraging technology to make a difference in healthcare.
