This means: - Bringing the ops perspective into Alan strategy - Building our organisation and processes to deliver the vision to allow further disruption and product diversification - Monitoring and running those processes internally or externally on a daily basis - Scaling efficiently and industrializing our operational stack to handle fast growth, international expansion and cost optimisation We handle complex projects in constant interactions with multidisciplinary teams (Product & Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, Finance, etc.) You’ll be joining 30+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members from five different countries.
