About the role We're looking for a senior leader to be the operational engine of a creative-heavy marketing organization. You'll own how work gets prioritized, how it moves through the team, and how cross-functional partners stay aligned - turning a high volume of creative and campaign work into a smooth, predictable, well-resourced operation. This is a senior role for someone who has spent 12 years or more orchestrating the operations of a marketing or creative function. Your superpower is making the whole system run: setting priorities, designing process, coordinating across teams, and stewarding the budget. You'll also be expected to modernize how the team works - including responsibly integrating AI into creative and campaign execution to improve speed and quality without compromising craft. In this role, you'll: - Roadmap & prioritize: Own intake and prioritization across the marketing and creative team, aligning work with campaign calendars and business goals, and help make the trade-off calls when capacity is tight. - Own systems & tooling: Design and continuously improve how work moves from brief to delivery, own the workflow tooling and playbooks, and integrate AI into the team's workflows responsibly - accelerating production without eroding craft o
