Senior Product Manager, Business Banking WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own your product area, end-to-end. Get clear on the problem, write requirements people actually understand, and rally the team to ship. - Build the roadmap around what's true, not what's loudest. Use data, client feedback, and market signals to decide what matters. - Partner closely with Engineering and Design. Great products come from great collaboration. Push for simple, intuitive experiences that clients love using. - Let the numbers tell you if it worked. Track the right metrics, talk to real users, and keep iterating until the outcome is right. - Say the hard thing clearly. Bring people along, make the tradeoffs visible, and help the team make good calls fast. SKILLS YOU BRING - Years of shipping products people actually love - across both customer-facing and platform work.
