ABOUT THE TEAM The Workplace Ops team creates the physical spaces that define Wealthsimple’s culture, brand, and employee experience, designing the moments that bring Wealthsimple’s culture to life. From company-wide gatherings to team offsites and in-office experiences, we focus on execution excellence, thoughtful details, and creating spaces where people feel connected, energized, and proud of the work they’re doing. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Event Specialist, you are the logistical expert behind Wealthsimple’s most important internal moments. You’ll own the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale company events, recurring team gatherings, and complex offsites, often involving hundreds of employees across multiple locations. This is a highly hands-on, onsite role. You’ll manage complexity calmly, make real-time decisions during live events, and ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for both in-person and remote employees.
