Our APAC export business supports advertisers across Greater China and other regional markets seeking to reach international audiences and grow globally.

About the Role

We are seeking an APAC Export Lead, Ads Solutions to grow our advertising business with export-focused advertisers across Greater China and APAC. As the ads solutions expert for these customers, you will partner with Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and regional sales teams to improve performance, shape commercial strategy, and unlock international growth.

The ideal candidate combines deep advertising expertise, knowledge of cross-border commerce, and strong cross-functional leadership.

This role is based in Singapore, with a hybrid schedule of three office days per week and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the ads solutions expert for export advertisers across Greater China and APAC, helping them reach international audiences and improve performance.

• Develop and execute the regional export advertising strategy, identifying priority markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.

• Partner with sales and customer success teams to acquire, retain, and grow strategic export advertisers.

• Build relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners while advising on audience strategy, measurement, and campaign optimization.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales Operations, and Marketing to influence product development, establish scalable processes, and accelerate advertiser adoption.

• Develop playbooks, analyze performance, and represent advertiser needs across regional and global teams.

You might thrive in this role if you:

• Have 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, e-commerce, or related commercial roles.

• Bring experience supporting export advertisers, cross-border businesses, or international expansion.

• Understand the Greater China advertising ecosystem and broader APAC market dynamics.

• Have strong expertise in advertising solutions, campaign performance, measurement, and client engagement.

• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and collaborate effectively across functions.

• Are fluent in English and Mandarin and excited about AI’s potential to transform advertising.
