- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Manage visitor access, security protocols, and building pass administration.
- Maintain office inventory, including supplies, kitchen stock, and courier services.
- Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to high standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the office environment and workplace experience.
Business Operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Compliance teams.
- Lead operational projects and support office audits and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with IT to resolve office technology issues efficiently.
- Take ownership of operational challenges, ensuring swift, professional resolution.
- Provide flexible administrative support to meet evolving business priorities.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to support operational needs, including coordinating logistics for partner days, customer meetings, catering requirements, and preparation of printed collateral.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Act as the trusted internal point of contact for the UK team, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate logistics for collaboration days, catering, and onsite events.
- Support business activities, including customer visits, partner meetings, and internal gatherings.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new starters and visitors.
- Drive creative initiatives that encourage office attendance and strengthen team culture.
Job Requirements:
We are seeking a proactive, organized problem-solver dedicated to operational excellence and a positive employee experience. You bring:
- Relevant Experience: Demonstrated success in Office Management, Operations, or Workplace Coordination.
- Operational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Autonomy & Prioritization: A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage competing demands independently.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels.
- Adaptability: A flexible, positive, and collaborative approach to evolving business needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
- Culture-Driven: A genuine commitment to fostering an engaging and welcoming office culture.
- Positive Spirit: A sense of humour and a 'can-do' attitude.
