We're looking for a Marketing Associate, Value and Promotions to join our Middle East team. In this role, you'll help us directly report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions Marketing for the Middle East and work cross functionally on end-to-end execution of our promotional strategy and key projects. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll be joining the Value & Promotions Marketing team. As part of your role you will also be responsible for campaign performance and optimizations to drive further growth through test and learn. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills as well as a naturally collaborative approach. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: - Champion the consumer voice by delivering plans that offer great value to customers - Work with global and local teams to Implement and execute our Middle East Marketing Promotional Calendar, ensuring best in class execution and relevant communication - Own weekly reporting on in flight campaign performance and post campaign analysis to understand metrics of success and identifying improvement areas and opportunities to experiment - Keep on top of competitor trends and activity to strengthen plans WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO THRIVE Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: - Preferred 1-2 years experience in Marketing role - Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - You’re both analytical & commercial and you enjoy interpreting data to develop insight/consumer-led marketing strategy.
