About this role
Your Impact
Join a small team building the next generation of cybersecurity products from the ground up. Led by industry veterans with a proven track record of success - you will get to architect, build, and deliver hugely impactful products with this world class team. You will have the opportunity to grow your career and skills along with the company from the very start.
Role Overview
We're building a next-generation AI-native cybersecurity platform from the ground up. Unlike traditional SaaS products, our platform runs entirely within customer-controlled environments and processes massive volumes of security telemetry, system activity, and enterprise data.
We're looking for a frontend engineer who can own the user experience for complex security and operational workflows. This is not a typical consumer application role. You'll design and build interfaces that help security analysts investigate threats, navigate large-scale datasets, understand system behavior, and take action quickly. As one of the early frontend engineers, you'll have significant influence over product architecture, user experience, frontend infrastructure, and how AI is integrated into the product.
What You'll Do
Design and build core user experiences for security investigation, detection, and response workflows
Own frontend architecture across a large-scale enterprise application
Partner closely with product, backend, AI, and infrastructure engineers to define new product capabilities
Build highly performant interfaces for exploring and analyzing large datasets
Develop advanced visualizations, dashboards, and investigation tools
Leverage AI capabilities to improve analyst workflows and productivity
Establish frontend engineering standards, patterns, and best practices
Drive UI performance, scalability, and maintainability across the platform
Required Experience
5+ years building and shipping product frontend applications
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
Experience designing and implementing complex workflows for expert users
Strong product and UX instincts with the ability to make independent design decisions
Experience building data-intensive applications, dashboards, developer tools, observability products, infrastructure software, or enterprise platforms
Strong experience with frontend performance optimization, rendering performance, memory management, and profiling
Experience working closely with designers or owning significant portions of the user experience directly
Excellent communication and technical design skills
We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees’ health, well-being, and long-term success. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Most candidates can expect an offer within the range listed above. Your recruiter will provide additional details on compensation and benefits to qualified candidates during the hiring process.
We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where everyone can do their best work. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. If you require a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please let us know - we’re happy to support you.
