We’re looking for a Corporate Paralegal & Legal Program Manager to support a lean, fast-moving Legal function and report directly to the General Counsel. Set priorities with the GC, track deliverables, and report status.
Outside Counsel & Vendor Management: Manage the outside counsel roster, engagement letters, and rate arrangements. Review invoices against budgets and billing guidelines, track spend by matter and function, and prepare regular legal spend reports for the GC and Finance.
