THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Product Designer at WorkBoard, you will shape experiences used across entire enterprises. You will work on complex design challenges that simplify how teams set goals, track progress, and accelerate results. You will also help bring thoughtful AI-powered and AI-First capabilities into real product workflows.

This is a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly. You will do well here if you enjoy moving quickly, iterating often, and solving problems with just enough structure to make fast progress. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to explore ideas, refine solutions, and deliver intuitive, polished user experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to final UI
  • Incorporate AI and AI tools naturally into workflows where they improve clarity and speed
  • Translate research, customer insights, and strategy into clear interaction patterns
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to support fast decision cycles
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers in rapid, iterative development
  • Contribute to and extend our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to keep teams aligned

COMING IN

To succeed from day one, you bring:

  • 4+ years of product design experience for SaaS or enterprise software
  • Experience designing or working with AI-enhanced tools or familiarity with modern AI patterns
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth, interaction thinking, and polished visual design; at least one recent project or case study you can walk us through where you had a major contribution or ownership of it.
  • Fluency with Figma and rapid prototyping
  • Ability to simplify complex systems and reason clearly about design choices
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to move quickly when needed

WITHIN ONE MONTH YOU WILL

  • Complete onboarding and gain deep understanding of our users and product strategy
  • Learn our personas and workflows for your product area
  • Join customer demos and internal sessions to rapidly gather context
  • Explore active design initiatives and contribute to features already in development
  • Deliver your first prototypes or design iterations

WITHIN THREE MONTHS YOU WILL

  • Take ownership of design work within specific product areas
  • Deliver complete flows and high-quality prototypes
  • Become fluent and contribute to WorkBoard’s design system
  • Conduct user feedback sessions or usability reviews
  • Identify UX improvements and propose enhancements


WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS YOU WILL

  • Become a domain expert in your product area
  • Contribute to long-term UX direction in close partnership with product and engineering
  • Identify opportunities for improvement supported by data and customer insight
  • Influence how intelligent features evolve across your product area
  • Strengthen clarity and consistency across the entire WorkBoard experience
