About the Role

As an NPI Project Manager on our Hardware team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring build readiness as we work to develop and manufacture our cutting-edge new hardware programs in our NPI phases. A preferred candidate is one who excels at communication and problem solving in a fast paced dynamic environment. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Taipei, TW office.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our hardware EPMs, engineers & JDM partners to manage “clear to build” (CTB) readiness for each NPI build including analysis and reporting
• Review BOMs in-depth; validate accuracy, flag discrepancies, and eliminate shortages throughout the NPI process
• Manage relationships with our JDM vendors and sub-tier vendors. Own the end-to-end process of engaging vendors, coordinating with engineering, and ensuring on-time delivery of key parts to the JDM in advance of EVT, DVT and PVT
• Drive checklists to ensure build-to-build changes are captured, documented and implemented
• Assist with ECO execution and second-source qualification efforts
• Support a successful transition from NPI to MP phases with our supply chain team

What You Bring

• Background in supply chain or engineering
• Experience in project management for the development of new hardware products
• Experience working with a global team across many different time zones
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
