About the role:

A hands-on DevOps and SecOps position as part of Unframe's Security and IT team, owning Security Vulnerabilities handling, Cloud infrastructure maintenance, the CI/CD and deployment automation that ships the platform into customer on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments.

What you’ll do:

• Own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines that ship Blueprint-based solutions into customer on-prem, private cloud and hybrid environments
• Build, maintain and harden the infrastructure-as-code that stands up new customer environments and keeps access, configuration, patching and cost under control across all of them
• Own monitoring, on-call and incident response for production deployments running inside customer networks, taking issues on your slice of the platform through to root cause
• Cut manual steps out of the deployment path without cutting corners on the security and compliance work behind SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and the EU AI Act
• Own vulnerability management end to end: triage findings from scanning and posture tools, prioritize by risk, and drive remediation with engineering and IT
• Work directly with backend engineers on release process and environment provisioning as the platform adds new deployment targets
• Apply AI/LLM-based tools to streamline DevSecOps work itself, automating routine ops tasks, speeding up troubleshooting, and cutting toil out of day-to-day infrastructure and deployment work

What we are looking for:

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE or platform engineering experience
• Production experience with container orchestration
• Comfortable writing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) and building CI/CD pipelines
• Has worked across at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure); this platform is cloud-agnostic by design
• Has supported production systems that external customers depend on, not only internal tooling
• Experience with vulnerability management and cloud security hardening, using tools such as Wiz, Orca, Google CNAPP or similar
• Reads and writes English comfortably day to day
