About this role
Sales Enablement Program Manager, TurbineOne
About the Role
TurbineOne is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to help coordinate and drive execution across several customer-facing and operational teams, including marketing, sales operations, solutions architecture, and contracts/proposals.
This is primarily an individual contributor role focused on project management, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and operational follow-through. You will help teams stay aligned, track priorities, remove blockers, and ensure that critical initiatives move from idea to execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across technical and business stakeholders, and able to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams at once. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable working in a technical environment and translating between technical, commercial, and operational teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage cross-functional projects that spans
sales operations, support marketing, sales team training, solution architecture, customer-facing initiatives, and proposal efforts.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, meeting notes, decision logs, and status updates.
- Coordinate priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and handoffs across internal teams.
- Support sales operations by helping improve processes, documentation, reporting, and execution workflows.
- Partner with solution architects to track customer requirements, technical inputs, demo preparation, implementation needs, and follow-up actions.
- Support contracts and proposals by coordinating inputs, timelines, reviews, approvals, and submission readiness.
- Help marketing and go-to-market teams organize campaigns, events, content workflows, and launch-related activities.
- Identify process gaps and create lightweight systems that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
- Prepare clear written updates for internal stakeholders, including leadership.
- Run effective meetings, capture decisions, document action items, and follow up until work is complete.
- Help ensure that teams are using shared tools and processes consistently.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, sales operations, customer operations, technical delivery, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving situations and help drive execution across teams.
- Comfort working with technical teams, customer-facing teams, and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting proposal, contract, sales, marketing, and/or customer delivery workflows.
- Ability to ask appropriate clarifying questions, adopt new tools and skills quickly, and follow through independently.
- Strong judgment about when to escalate issues, clarify ownership, or simplify a process.
- Proficiency with common project and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Pryzm, or similar platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience in defense, government technology, aerospace, public sector sales, enterprise software, or dual-use technology.
- Familiarity with RFPs, proposals, contracting workflows, security questionnaires, or government procurement.
- Experience supporting solution architecture, customer implementations, or technical sales.
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipeline operations, or revenue operations.
- Basic understanding of software, AI/ML, data platforms, edge computing, or technical product delivery.
What Makes You Successful Here
You are someone who sees what needs to happen, organizes the work, and helps people get it done. You are comfortable operating behind the scenes, keeping teams aligned, and making sure details do not fall through the cracks. You can move between a marketing campaign, a proposal deadline, a customer demo, and a sales operations process without losing track of what matters. You thrive when asked to context shift quickly between different projects, and you bring calm, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work.
