As the Manager of Solutions Engineering for EMEA, you will lead a regional team of Solutions Engineers who serve as the technical heart of our go-to-market motion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be the connective tissue between field sales execution, customer technical success, and global SE leadership; building a high-performing team that wins deals, earns customer trust, and provides a strategic interface back to Product, Engineering, and Marketing. The Teleport Solutions Engineering team critically shapes our strategy, ensuring technical success throughout all stages of the customer journey. You will lead and develop a technically proficient team of solutions engineers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We seek pragmatic, highly technical leaders excited about tackling tough technical challenges. You should be ready to travel to customer sites, eager to engage directly with problems, and capable of building and leading a high performing team.
