About this role
Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies - making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures and Page One.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Stuut’s user experience, designing interfaces that feel intelligent, agentic, and seamless for our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customers to craft intuitive workflows that leverage AI and automation.
What You’ll Do
Design experiences that are instantly familiar to customers and set the bar for agentic UX and financial workflows.
Own customer outcomes, not just design: Identify opportunities, test solutions with customers, and partner with product and engineering teams to guide them to release and beyond.
Think in systems, design with headroom in mind: Balance designing towards a long term vision while caring about speed and iteration. Think in patterns and modules that increase shipping velocity and customer familiarity.
Seek alignment early: use prototypes, data, and customer feedback to align the team on vision and direction.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B product design (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software) Strong background in enterprise UX, workflow automation, and AI-driven interfaces
Experience designing prompt-based or AI-powered user experiences Ability to use AI tooling to immediately pro-type projects
Technical fluency - comfortable working with engineering teams on complex, data-driven products
A portfolio showcasing UX/UI work with a focus on B2B, automation, and AI-driven interfaces
Experience with Figma, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies Self-starter mentality - comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Compensation
Top-of-market salary and equity package
Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)
Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you
401(k) & Match
Equity
Flexible PTO
Parental Leave
