About this role

Squarespace Talent Acquisition Partners work with hiring managers to understand what each team needs, find and assess strong candidates, and guide them through a clear and efficient hiring process. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering roles, primarily in our Dublin, Ireland and Aveiro, Portugal offices, and help raise the hiring bar across R&D.

This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin office. You will report to the Senior Manager of R&D Recruiting.

You'll Get To...

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering roles in Dublin and Aveiro, from intake through offer and close. Support US based roles as needed.
  • Run calibrated intakes with hiring managers. Agree on the outcomes of the role, the must-have skills, the interview plan, and a realistic timeline before a search opens.
  • Build sourcing strategies tailored to each role and to the Irish and Portuguese talent markets, bringing diverse talent with experience building products that reach millions of customers.
  • Raise the quality bar. Run structured interview processes, coach interviewers, and work to keep hiring decisions consistent and evidence-based.
  • Manage hiring to plan. Forecast, track progress against in-seat target dates, and flag risks to hiring managers and People Business Partners early.
  • Use AI and automation to remove manual work from sourcing, scheduling, intake, and reporting, and share what works with the rest of the team.
  • Co-write job postings and recruiting strategies with hiring teams, and communicate with candidates at every stage.
  • Give candidates and hiring managers a high-touch experience without adding steps that slow the process down.
  • Keep Greenhouse accurate, and use our recruiting tools and reporting (BrightHire, Gem, Glean) to inform decisions.
  • Own SLAs and team process. Identify blockers early and propose fixes when something is not working.
  • Work daily with People Team counterparts, including on Irish and Portuguese hiring requirements.
  • Mentor other recruiters and lead cross-functional projects that improve how we hire.

Who We're Looking For...

  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, working with senior leaders on complex searches.
  • A track record of hiring to plan, including forecasting and landing roles by the in-seat target date.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including finding and engaging passive Product and Engineering talent rather than relying on inbound applicants.
  • Experience running structured interviewing and calibrating hiring decisions with hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Experience building or improving a recruiting workflow with AI or automation, and good judgment about when to use it and when not to.
  • Experience using data and reporting to drive stakeholder decisions.
  • A high-touch approach to applicants, candidates, referrals, and employees, so that everyone involved has an excellent experience.
  • Working fluency in an applicant tracking system (we use Greenhouse).
  • Experience recruiting in Ireland or Portugal, including local compensation norms, notice periods, and relocation and work authorization requirements.
