About this role
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
We’re at the forefront of the data revolution, building the world’s greatest data, applications and AI/ML platform. Our get it done culture empowers everyone at Snowflake to innovate, create work with lasting impact, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Snowflake EMEA product marketers conceive of and execute go-to-market plans that drive awareness, adoption and drive success for our customers. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build messaging and positioning around Data and AI Sovereignty in EMEA, execute targeted go-to-market strategy for the Public Sector, scale our impact through Snowflake’s partner ecosystem, and maintain momentum behind key regional sovereignty partnerships.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Account Teams, Field Marketing, Technical Sales, ABM, Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, and Global Product Marketing to align strategy with execution. The successful candidate will thrive on GTM orchestration, partner co-marketing, field enablement, and navigating complex regulatory and public sector buying landscapes.
This role is based out of Snowflake’s London office.
What You’ll Do
Own and align messaging and positioning for Data and AI Sovereignty in the EMEA region, ensuring Snowflake’s narrative addresses sovereign control, regulatory compliance, operational autonomy, and cloud resilience
Scale sovereignty messaging and regional reach through Snowflake’s cloud, systems integrator, and specialized partner ecosystem, orchestrating joint GTM motions and co-marketing programs that drive pipeline impact
Maintain and accelerate momentum around recent strategic sovereignty partnerships, converting key alliance milestones into high-impact sales plays, field enablement assets, and customer-facing collateral
Develop regional GTM strategy and execution for the Public Sector, designing targeted campaigns tailored to specific government departments, public institutions, and regulated markets
Enable field sales and technical teams at scale on sovereignty frameworks, public sector compliance requirements, procurement pathways, and competitive differentiation
Lead cross-functional working groups with ABM, Demand Generation and other Marketing teams to run high-touch campaigns against key public sector targets
Amplify the EMEA voice by synthesizing customer feedback, regulatory trends, and field insights to shape global product roadmaps, GTM priorities, and core messaging
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy within data, cloud, or enterprise software, specifically supporting Public Sector or highly regulated industries
Domain knowledge of Public Sector procurement dynamics, government compliance standards, and Data/AI Sovereignty requirements across EMEA (e.g. EU AI Act, GDPR, national sovereignty frameworks)
Proven track record of developing and scaling joint GTM programs, partner co-marketing initiatives, and ecosystem alliances
Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross-functional, account-based campaigns targeting public sector institutions and government bodies
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a strong talent for translating complex regulatory, governance, and architectural concepts into compelling narratives
Strong collaboration and influence skills, aligning global product strategy with localized EMEA market needs
Commitment to being a culture champion who builds trust, collaboration and inclusivity across functions and regions
An analytical, data-driven mindset focused on measuring campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and account engagement
BS/BA degree preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
