This role serves as a high-impact strategic advisor to senior field leadership, acting as the connective tissue between executive vision and regional execution. In this role, you will provide comprehensive operational oversight for a large-scale organization, driving quantifiable business improvements through a rigorous, data-backed inspection of the business. By leveraging AI and advanced data tools to automate critical processes, you will ensure the field’s perspective is accurately represented in cross-functional decision-making. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, data-driven individual who can operate at 30,000 feet while still rolling up their sleeves to drive execution. You thrive in ambiguity, build trust quickly with senior executives, and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed environment.
