We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Test who thrives in fast-moving, high-intensity environments and enjoys turning ambiguous problems into reliable, scalable systems. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional QA - fine tuning test infrastructure, tooling, and processes that directly accelerate engineering velocity and product quality.

What You’ll Do

• Refine and evolve testing infrastructure and tooling that enables engineers to ship high-quality features at scale
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing systems
• Create internal tools that improve developer productivity and shorten iteration cycles
• Partner closely with DevOps to optimize test execution and reliability within CI/CD pipelines
• Drive best practices in testing, observability, and release confidence across the engineering org

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years experience scaling test frameworks, infrastructure, or developer tooling
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as CircleCI, Buildkite, or similar tools
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex problems
• A systems mindset - you think in terms of reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Salary range(s) for this role$150,000-$200,000 USD
