THE ROLE This role exists to ensure SafetyCulture's Salesforce platform is expertly administered and closely aligned with the needs of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. As part of a broader Salesforce practice at SafetyCulture, the Salesforce Administrator owns a clear scope of GTM-facing platform work, while independently leading cross-functional projects to scope, build, and deliver system enhancements that improve how our sales and Customer Success teams operate. HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME - Own the GTM-facing scope of Salesforce administration - including fields, page layouts, record types, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and process automation - working alongside other Salesforce specialists in the organisation to keep the platform reliable and scalable. - Work independently with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and lead cross-functional system change projects from requirements through testing, rollout, and adoption. - Evaluate where AI can enhance Salesforce workflows and processes, and implement AI-assisted solutions where they add measurable value. - Provide technical support to Salesforce users, resolving issues and addressing enhancement requests clearly and promptly. - Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and best-practice guides to build platform capability across the GTM team. - Support integration and data flow between Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools such as Gainsight and Gong to ensure systems work together effect
