THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity to build and own the product and underwriting engine of SafetyCulture Care - a Lloyd’s Coverholder MGA writing commercial property and GL across 10 states. This role will be accountable for book quality, profitability, underwriting authority, and product development. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Own underwriting decisions within binding authority, including referral approvals, exception handling, and appetite framework maintenance - Design and execute property insurance programs covering CAT strategy, reinsurance structures, portfolio pricing, and risk appetite - Research, develop, and file new products and enhancements across ISO and proprietary forms, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines in multiple states - Develop and maintain policy forms across all lines, including coverage carve-outs, enhancements, and protective language - Work with capacity partners and reinsurers to set pricing strategy and risk assessment standards for programs and
