Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer, ensuring a “white glove” experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Partner closely with APJ Sales leadership and other key stakeholders across the organization.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, from concept to implementation, tailored to business needs.

• Act as a thought partner on market trends, providing insights and guidance to leaders and the recruiting team.

• Analyze recruiting data to provide actionable recommendations and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.

• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through programmatic recruitment efforts.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in a dynamic GTM recruiting environment (ideally in-house), preferably in high-tech or fast-scale organizations.

• Proven track record of success in managing multiple requisitions across functions and seniority levels.

• Strong attention to detail while able to operate at a strategic level.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Tenacious, high-energy, with a sense of urgency and integrity.

• Comfortable partnering with multiple stakeholders across APJ countries.

• Japanese language skills are a strong plus.
