As Manager, People Technology & Analytics, you’ll serve as a key conduit between the People Team (e.g., People Partners, Talent, Total Rewards), IT, Payroll, Finance, and the broader business - translating business and employee needs into scalable technology solutions, reliable data architecture, and actionable workforce analytics.
