About this role
ABOUT PROBOOK
Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate.
Our impact is real. Dispatching the right technician to the right job can mean the difference between a $300 "band-aid" fix and a $20,000 system replacement. By automating previously high-touch workflows around-the-clock, Probook ensures a consistent customer experience without the need for 24/7 live staffing. We unify our customers' processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire dispatch operation.
THE ROLE
You'll be the architect of how our biggest deals get won - building the ABM strategy, and the AI-powered systems behind it, that turn Strategic AEs' target accounts into signed customers.
This role is for marketers who want to see their work move specific, named deals. Account experience quality is the leading predictor of engagement in complex enterprise and PE roll-up sales cycles. Your programs directly determine how our largest opportunities progress.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the ABM strategy end-to-end: Architect scoring, messaging, channel mix, Sales handoff, and the metrics that define success, and partner directly with Strategic AEs on 1:1 account plans.
Build 1:1 and 1:few high-touch programs: Design and run bespoke account programs for a focused set of the most strategic accounts - custom research, messaging, and executive touchpoints built around each account's specific buying committee - using AI tools to move faster on research and content without losing the high-touch, hand-built feel these accounts need.
Execute multi-channel campaigns: Run integrated ABM campaigns across outbound email, direct mail, and digital, tailored to key personas and funnel stage, and build repeatable plays for PE-backed roll-ups and enterprise prospects.
Own the infrastructure and the numbers: Own ABM tooling and supporting infrastructure, and track account pacing, pipeline contribution, and activation rates by segment.
Test and learn: Run structured A/B tests, build a learning agenda, and translate results into strategic decisions.
Support the broader strategic motion: Support customer marketing initiatives and executive events for strategic accounts.
Align cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on account targeting, campaign strategy, and pipeline metrics.
WHO YOU ARE
Craft & Experience
Background in enterprise B2B SaaS.
Deep, hands-on experience running 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for a focused set of strategic accounts - using AI tools to move faster on research and content without losing the high-touch, bespoke feel these programs require.
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate account research and content production, without treating them as a shortcut for genuine account-specific customization.
Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.
Bonus: PE roll-up experience or event marketing experience.
Operator Mindset
Strong project management and organizational skills across many concurrent accounts.
Comfortable building without a defined playbook, with a track record of standing up net-new campaign motions and creating structure from ambiguity.
You're energized by winning specific, named deals, not just generating pipeline volume.
High agency: you build the play before someone asks for it.
Judgment & Communication
Strong email copywriting skills, with demonstrated ability to craft persona-specific, funnel-stage-appropriate messaging that converts.
A strong analytical mind: comfortable pulling performance metrics, building simple models, and translating analysis into strategic adjustments independently.
Proven track record of tight alignment with Sales and RevOps, treating pipeline as a shared metric rather than a handoff.
You know when to build a bespoke asset and when to scale a repeatable one.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in an ABM-specific role, with a track record of running multi-channel campaigns that drove measurable pipeline.
Experience running 1:1 programs against enterprise or PE-backed accounts.
NYC-based and excited about in-office collaboration in a high-intensity environment.
Willing to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits at least once a month.
WHY JOIN PROBOOK?
The Tailwinds: $700B industry with clear tailwinds: AI adoption, labor shortages, and generational transitions creating demand for operational modernization. We are defining the category, not fighting for share.

Funding: $40M raised from Sequoia and Andreessen Horowitz.
The Team: 60+ people. Our founding team comes from the space and has spent thousands of days onsite with our customers. We live the space. The Opportunity: You'll own the account experience for the deals that define our push into enterprise and PE-backed roll-ups, building plays that become the standard for how Probook wins its biggest customers.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity.
