The Business Strategy Analytics team's mission is to transform data into strategic insights that empower our leaders to make informed decisions, effectively track progress, and unlock growth opportunities. Through deep metric understanding, holistic business views, and detailed analytics, we enable concrete actions that drive business success.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with Expansion leadership on major transformation initiatives shaping the value proposition, business model, customer experience, monetization strategy, and operational playbook for new geographies, segments, and product lines.

• Evaluate and prioritize new market entries, customer segments, and strategic bets through rigorous market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and customer analysis

• Run focused, data-driven deep dives into expansion-stage customer behavior, unit economics, funnel performance, and competitive dynamics to surface where to double down and where to pivot.

• Lead cross-functional performance analyses across Expansion workstreams - surfacing trends, explaining the drivers behind new-market KPIs, and delivering clear, actionable insights to the executive team.

• Build the analytical models that underpin Expansion decisions: market sizing and TAM/SAM/SOM models, ramp and forecasting models for new launches, scenario models to pressure-test strategic options, and financial models to quantify the upside (and downside) of each bet.
  

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, consulting, or a related analytical role.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing Leadership-level stakeholders.

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

• A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to investigate discrepancies and identify opportunities.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous, structured approach to analysis.

• Proven Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (e.g., driver-based modeling, sensitivity analysis, financial impact estimation).

• Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  

Nice to have

• Experience in corporate strategy or strategic consulting, with a track record of supporting senior leadership on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives

• Experience in fast-growing, data-driven startups, marketplaces, or subscription businesses

• Hands-on experience with Looker and Snowflake
