We’re looking for a Senior Industry Manager (Argentina) to lead our monetization efforts in some of Pinterest’s fastest-growing international markets, Argentina, Chile and Colombia. Reporting to the VP of Latin America Sales, you'll be responsible for building Pinterest’s business and presence across these regions. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive business results for our clients while delivering significant growth. You will manage a team of sellers. You will represent Pinterest externally and serve as our voice within the digital advertising industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers based in Argentina and Mexico.
  • Close strategic partnerships and scale revenue with advertisers of different sizes in Argentina, Chile and Columbia.
  • Drive Sales operational excellence across key metrics and leading Sales indicators according to the annual and quarterly business plan.
  • Build and maintain strong direct relationships with partners’ executive and operational teams.
  • Be an internal advocate for the Sales teams to unlock barriers and accelerate growth opportunities in this market.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Advertising, Digital, and/or Media Sales and experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within client organizations;
  • Proven track record of managing a world-class sales team, including extensive forecasting experience and achieving or exceeding revenue goals;
  • Strong understanding and experience in highly analytical and performance-based media organizations with a background on managing branding and performance-driven customers.
  • Ability to interface with product and engineering to synthesize customer needs and feedback;
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

  • Candidates must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will require occasional travel to a Pinterest office for in-person collaboration 1 - 2 times every 6 months.
