tvScientific by Pinterest is the Performance TV platform built for advertisers who want to drive measurable business outcomes. We combine media buying, optimization, measurement, and attribution in one platform to make CTV a more accountable, effective performance channel.
As a Product Marketing Manager on the tvScientific by Pinterest team, you’ll lead go-to-market strategy for Measure and Optimize product areas. You’ll partner with Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing and Pinterest Ads teams to turn complex advertising capabilities into clear customer value and adoption programs. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of CTV, measurement, optimization and advertising technology.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Measure and Optimize product units, including audience definition, positioning, messaging, launch planning, promotion, enablement, and post-launch adoption.
- Translate complex technical product capabilities, measurement methodologies, and performance insights into clear, differentiated customer value propositions and narratives for advertisers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to synthesize customer, market, competitive, and product-performance insights that inform product strategy, prioritization, and commercialization.
- Turn data science and analytics insights into credible, market-ready stories that demonstrate the value of specific platform capabilities, with appropriate proof points, methodology, and caveats.
- Create launch and enablement materials, including positioning frameworks, messaging guides, sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, product pages, release communications, and training content.
- Lead cross-functional launch working groups; establish clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths to ensure launch readiness and high-quality execution.
- Partner with commercial teams to identify adoption barriers, monitor launch and adoption metrics and use feedback and performance data to improve messaging, enablement and future go-to-market programs.
- Use AI thoughtfully to synthesize customer, market and performance information and automate repeatable content-development tasks, while validating accuracy, protecting sensitive information and retaining ownership of final outputs and decisions.”
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a closely related role in ad tech, CTV, performance marketing, or B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Experience bringing complex technical products or features to market, from positioning and messaging through internal enablement, external promotion, and post-launch optimization.
- Strong knowledge of advertising measurement, attribution, optimization, performance marketing, CTV, programmatic advertising, or related ad-tech domains.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and data into compelling, customer-centered narratives across a range of audiences and formats.
- Strong analytical judgment and experience using customer, market, competitive, and product-performance insights to shape recommendations and GTM decisions.
- Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and storytelling.
- Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and resolve blockers.
- Experience using AI tools to improve research, analysis, or content workflows, with a disciplined approach to validating outputs and applying human judgment.
- Experience in a high-growth, startup-like environment working with advertisers, agencies, or ad-tech commercial teams is a plus.
