About the Role

Marketing Senior Specialists are responsible for solving business challenges through marketing initiatives that combine knowledge about the consumer, the business, the brand, and the culture in which we operate. Through this, they are able to develop a marketing strategy that drives engagement and/or conversion.

To make this happen, they act as orchestrators among internal teams across various departments, partners, and collaborators within projects, leading from strategic direction through execution to the evaluation of project results.

They are individuals capable of navigating and interacting with various stakeholders throughout the course of a marketing project, ranging from the analytical side with business analysts to the creative side with designers and copywriters. In other words, they serve as the bridge between all disciplines to deliver the best result for the project and, consequently, for the business.

Finally, they are the guardians of the brand and company purpose, always keeping them top of mind when making decisions.

You’ll be Responsible for

• Coordinating end-to-end initiatives within the annual marketing plan, ensuring brand consistency (adhering to brand guidelines) and impact on business results.

• Connecting analytical insights (campaign performance and competitor analysis) with practical performance marketing strategies tailored to each communication channel.

• Proposing tests and communication improvements focused on optimizing results.

• In this role, you will work very closely with: (1) the Media and Analytics Team, to define test parameters, monitoring, and business opportunities; (2) Product Owners, to define which key products to communicate in campaigns and how; (3) the Creative Team, to develop standout assets across all customer touchpoints (especially in-app); and (4) CLO (Customer Lifecycle Optimization), to integrate paid media campaigns with owned channels (email, push notifications, in-app, etc.).

• Managing campaign budgets to ensure project efficiency.

What We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders;

• Experience in consumer-facing roles within tech, financial, or e-commerce companies;

• Experience analyzing success and engagement metrics;

• Experience with digital campaigns focused on performance marketing;

• Advanced English
