About the Role

You will manage the influencer strategy for select segments at Nubank. You will serve as the main bridge between Nubank, our influencer partner agency, and the internal Marketing team.

You’ll be Responsible for

• Approve influencer selections/shortlists and validate background checks with the Defense team.

• Manage demands and internal approvals with the Marketing and Content teams.

• Approve scripts and guide creative direction, suggesting strategic improvements.

• Organize topics, the editorial calendar, and other tactical processes for influencer deliverables.

• Build influencer performance reports with a strategic focus on results.

• Manage relationships with influencers, including sending gifts on special occasions and attending events.

• Manage the budget and report on expenses.

What We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Required

• Experience with influencer marketing, preferably in agency or partner management.

• Strong creative and strategic vision, with the ability to review scripts and provide constructive feedback.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and turn results into actionable insights.

• Experience with budget management.

• Clear communication and comfort working with diverse teams.

• Intermediate English

Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance and reputation risk management when working with content creators.

• Creative background/experience to participate in co-creation processes.
