🌟 Your main goal will be to own and scale the end-to-end demand engine that turns our builder community and PLG motion into a high-performance pipeline engine for Mid-Market & Enterprise.

To do so, you’ll design and lead acquisition, activation, and expansion programs across all channels, backed by strong analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

PIPELINE CREATION & OWNERSHIP

• Drive pipeline creation targets across paid media, SEO, content, events, ABM, and partner/community co-marketing

• Define and manage full-funnel experiences from website/CRO to trial activation and enterprise nurture

• Build and run ABM programs for top accounts with AEs, SDRs, and SEs

EXPERIMENTATION & FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION

• Run a high-cadence experimentation program on messaging, pricing, conversion flows, and more

• Improve PQL to MQA to SAL conversion through clear stage definitions and sales alignment

• Instrument lifecycle journeys with onboarding, trial nurturing, and PQL warming

TEAM LEADERSHIP & OPERATING RHYTHM

• Act as a player-coach for a growing team of 2 - 4 FTEs and agencies, scaling to 6 - 8 in 12 - 18 months

• Set the operating cadence: weekly channel reviews, monthly pipeline councils, quarterly GTM planning

• Define hiring bar, regional coverage strategy, and role charters across demand functions

TECH STACK & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Own the demand tech stack (HubSpot/Marketo, Segment, Clearbit/6sense, enrichment/routing) in collaboration with RevOps

• Establish guardrails for CAC payback, shutoff rules, and ROI discipline

• Forecast and report on performance across ROI, velocity, coverage, and funnel health

REQUIREMENTS

Must-haves

• 📊 B2B Demand Gen leadership: You’ve owned pipeline targets in high-growth B2B SaaS, ideally for 8 - 12+ years

• 🧹 Data and attribution fluency: You’re confident navigating multi-touch attribution, forecasting, and CAC payback optimization

• 📊 Natural Collaborator: You're the best friend of Sales, and see GTM as "one team"

• 🌍 ABM + funnel strategy: You’ve built and scaled ABM programs and CRO experiments targeting Enterprise

• 👥 Player-coach leadership: You’ve hired, developed, and led high-performing demand teams and agencies

• ⚖️ Technical audience empathy: You know how to speak credibly to DevOps, IT, and SecOps buyers

Nice-to-haves

• 🤝 Community-led or open-source GTM: You’ve worked in fair-code, freemium, or open-source environments

• 📈 Partner co-marketing: You’ve run successful campaigns with marketplaces or tech ecosystems

• ⚙️ Modern martech experience: You’ve worked hands-on with HubSpot/Marketo, 6sense, product usage signals, and warehouse-native reporting

• 🏛️ Field & event GTM: You’ve built and executed events strategies that convert in EU/US markets
