Leadership, Data & Culture
- Lead, recruit, coach, and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and hourly associates across shifts, building leadership depth, engagement, and retention.
- Establish daily operating rhythms and KPI dashboards covering service, quality, cost, productivity, and safety; use data to drive timely decisions.
- Promote practical adoption of AI and technology for reporting, analysis, documentation, and operational decision making.
- Build succession depth and a culture of ownership, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
