About this role

Jouw rol

    Als senior coach/counsellor voer je telefonische intakes en begeleid je (complexe) coaching- en counselling trajecten. Je ondersteunt clienten bij het oplossen van persoonlijke en werkgerelateerde issues, met als doel hun welzijn en functioneren te versterken. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de groei van het team door mentoring en collegiale consultatie.

  • Telefonische intakes en coach-/counsellinggesprekken (online, telefonisch en soms face-to-face)
  • Uitvoeren van telefoondiensten (tussen 9.00 en 17.00 uur, volgens rooster)
  • Casemanagement en advisering over doorverwijzingen naar het netwerk
  • Collegiale consultatie en mentoring voor collega’s en netwerkpartners
  • Meedraaien in de chatbox op afgesproken dagen
  • Actieve deelname aan het dagelijkse korte werkoverleg en het wekelijkse teamoverleg

Wie zoeken wij?

    Must-haves

  • HBO/WO bachelor of master psychologie, counselling, social work, of vergelijkbaar
  • Meerdere jaar werkervaring met een brede range aan problematiek
  • Stabiele open persoonlijkheid met gevoel voor humor
  • Resultaatgericht en to the point
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Woonachtig in de provincie Utrecht

  • Ervaring in meerdere methodieken
  • Flexibel kunnen schakelen tussen therapievormen en coaching modellen
  • Kennis van evidence based interventies (bijv. CBT, MBCT)
  • Expertise in thema’s als burn-out & stress, trauma en neurodiversiteit
  • Humor en creativiteit inzetten zonder de diepgang te verliezen.
  • Werken met verschillende culturen, leeftijden en achtergronden
  • Ervaring in het bedrijfsleven
