Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. Contracts move faster, insights surface instantly, and agents push work forward, all with you in control. Whether you’re buying or selling, Ironclad unifies the entire process on one intelligent platform, providing leaders with the visibility they need to stay one step ahead. That’s why the world’s most transformative organizations, from Rivian to the World Health Organization and the Associated Press, trust Ironclad to accelerate their business.

We’re consistently recognized as a leader in the industry: a Leader in the Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contract Lifecycle Management, a Fortune Great Place to Work, and one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Workplaces. Ironclad has also been named to Forbes’ AI 50 and Business Insider’s list of Companies to Bet Your Career On. We’re backed by leading investors including Accel, Y Combinator, Sequoia, BOND, and Franklin Templeton. For more information, visit www.ironcladapp.com or follow us on LinkedIn.

This is a hybrid role. Office attendance is expected two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays in London. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

Ironclad is scaling rapidly across EMEA through a partner-first go-to-market model. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, proactive EMEA Partner Success Manager to shape and operationalise our Global Partner Services programs - building effective partner engagement, enablement, readiness, and collaboration across the region.

As part of Customer Value, you’ll support partner services across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales alignment and delivery readiness through co-delivery and post-live adoption. Working with major systems integrators and consulting firms, you’ll help evolve a value-focused model that starts earlier in the customer journey and extends beyond implementation to improve conversion, accelerate time to value, increase platform usage, and strengthen long-term customer outcomes.

You’ll bring a strong operator’s mindset: turning ambiguity into clear, repeatable ways of working across Sales, Alliances, Technical Services, Customer Success, and external partners. You’ll use data to improve program performance and, based in London, spend regular time in the office and face-to-face with partners to build relationships and help them succeed.

What you'll do:

  • Own relationships with strategic partners’ practice and delivery leaders, aligning on priorities, readiness, quality expectations, capacity, and growth opportunities.

  • Partner with Sales, Alliances, and Customer Value to match qualified opportunities with the right partner, co-delivery model, and implementation approach based on customer needs, deal context, partner readiness, and expectations.

  • Operationalise partner engagement across the customer lifecycle - from discovery and scoping through readiness planning, delivery transition, and post-live support - clarifying roles and setting engagements up for execution and adoption.

  • Evolve partner programs with Partner Alliances, Enablement, and Customer Value leadership, including co-delivery and subcontracting frameworks, onboarding, certification, methodology alignment, delivery quality, and ongoing enablement.

  • Assess partner capacity, coverage, skills, and readiness against business demand and EMEA growth priorities; coordinate capacity planning across strategic and subcontracting relationships to improve predictability.

  • Build targeted partner enablement plans across product knowledge, implementation, integrations, value selling, customer change management, AI use cases, and emerging AI consumption models; help partners adapt capabilities and commercial/delivery approaches as opportunities evolve.

  • Work with EA and partner teams to understand partner ISV offerings, technology ecosystems, integrations, and customer architecture requirements, and connect differentiated capabilities to customer opportunities.

  • Help partner-led engagements establish a path to customer enablement, adoption, value realisation, and sustained platform usage after go-live; reinforce accountability for agreed post-live milestones.

  • Identify patterns in partner-led work that affect conversion, delivery quality, time to value, adoption health, renewal readiness, and expansion potential; translate findings into practical program improvements.

  • Establish an EMEA partner operating rhythm (in partnership with EMEA Partner Alliances) - including business reviews, readiness and capacity assessments, enablement planning, and escalation management - and keep partners current on regional priorities, market dynamics, customer needs, and product and go-to-market changes.

  • Maintain operational hygiene and data integrity for partner-led projects and programs across internal systems, reporting, and workflows; translate feedback from European partners and customers into actionable recommendations for Ironclad teams.

What success looks like:

  • A scalable EMEA partner-first operating model and a clear, consistent operating rhythm.

  • Better alignment between partner strategy and qualified deal motions, with greater confidence in partner fit, readiness, and implementation approach before kickoff.

  • More predictable partner capacity and targeted capability plans, with priority enablement gaps owned and closed.

  • Consistent, high-quality partner-led and co-delivered services, with clear roles across EA, Sales, Alliances, Services, Customer Value, and partners.

  • Partners equipped to respond to EMEA priorities and AI-led opportunities; partner ISV and integration capabilities connected to relevant customer needs.

  • Improved customer time to value, adoption, sustained usage, and expansion outcomes, with a positive contribution to adoption health, GRR, and NDR-oriented outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Partner Operations, Customer Success, Implementation, or a related role at a SaaS company and/or consulting or systems integration firm.

  • 2+ years of experience working with implementation partners, subcontractors, or partner delivery teams in a services environment.

  • Experience supporting complex pre-sales, scoping, or solution-alignment motions with Sales, Services, and/or Alliances teams; implementation, managed, partner services, or GSI experience is highly relevant.

  • Strong program management skills and a track record of building or improving cross-functional processes spanning internal teams and external partners.

  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and execute repeatable operating models in a fast-changing environment.

  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies and turn complex considerations into clear recommendations.

  • Comfort using data and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and improve conversion, delivery quality, adoption, and customer outcomes.

  • Experience with change management, adoption planning, or value realisation is strongly preferred; understanding how to set partners up across sales, delivery, enablement, integrations, and customer outcomes is important.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, sound judgment, and comfort shaping a partner-first model as the business scales and the operating model evolves.

  • Willingness to spend regular time in the London office and travel across Europe (approximately 15%).

  • Fluency in an additional European language, particularly German or French, is beneficial but not required.
