About this role
Hilbert is a scalable, data science-first growth engine that gives B2C teams predictive clarity into user behavior, revenue drivers, and the actions that drive sustainable growth. Fully agentic by design, Hilbert shrinks months-long decision cycles to minutes.
From Fortune 10 enterprises to beloved brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, operators run their growth on Hilbert. We're also co-building alongside leading AI companies.
THE ROLE
This is a builder-operator role for someone who knows paid media from the inside out, the full ecosystem, not one channel, and not just the strategy layer but the plumbing underneath it. You've run paid across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and whatever's next, and you don't just execute campaigns, you understand how signal moves between a business and the platforms, and how to make that signal better.
The job sits at the intersection of building and doing. Internally, you'll design the performance marketing frameworks and systems that define how Hilbert operates across the entire paid stack. Externally, you'll sit with customers directly, diagnosing their paid media problems, building bespoke growth strategies and turning Hilbert's predictive outputs into decisions they can act on across every major channel. And in between, you'll build the connective tissue between Hilbert and the ad platforms themselves.
Core responsibilities:
Own customer paid onboarding end to end: connect their ad accounts, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), GA4, and attribution stacks to Hilbert, and turn messy measurement configurations into clean, consistent signal that feeds Hilbert's intelligence layer
Work directly with customers on their toughest paid media problems (cohort analysis, LTV interventions, cross-channel reallocation) and own the outcome alongside them
Drive Hilbert's channel activation layer: define and ship the use cases for sending Hilbert's model outputs (pLTV, churn risk, propensity scores) back into Meta, Google, and other platforms as conversion events, value signals, and audiences, working alongside engineering on the integrations that make it real (Conversions API, offline events, tool-based connections)
Set paid media strategy for customer accounts: turning Hilbert's predictive outputs into concrete budget allocation and growth interventions across acquisition, retention, and monetization
Build Hilbert's internal performance marketing playbooks and systems; the frameworks that define how the company operates across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, programmatic, and beyond
WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
This is for people who've been genuinely accountable for paid performance, not specialists in one channel, but operators who think across the entire paid ecosystem and are still close enough to the machinery to build with it. Where you came from matters less than whether something moved because of a decision you made, and whether you can account for exactly why.
You've owned paid growth outcomes, not just campaign execution. You've made strategy and budget decisions while staying hands-on enough to understand the mechanics behind the results.
You've managed integrated, multi-channel paid programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other major platforms simultaneously, not one platform at a time.
You have a deep understanding of modern measurement: MMPs, attribution modeling, SKAdNetwork, incrementally testing, and the realities of extracting reliable signals from an increasingly noisy ecosystem.
You're technical enough to build, not just advise. You've implemented CAPI, offline conversion imports, server-side tracking, or MMP integrations, and you're comfortable reading API documentation when necessary.
You understand why optimizing Meta on predicted LTV consistently outperforms optimizing on raw purchase events and you're excited by the idea of building those feedback loops rather than simply recommending them.
You're fluent in GA4, platform-native analytics, and attribution tools, and you know how to combine multiple imperfect data sources into a coherent view of performance.
You've inherited growth problems that weren't already solved and have been responsible for turning them around.
You naturally approach growth through experimentation. You let data reveal structure instead of forcing assumptions onto it, and you're excited to work alongside AI systems while knowing where human judgment still creates the greatest leverage.
You can explain failures with the same level of rigor as successes. You're more interested in understanding why something happened than in making your work look impressive.
Most importantly, you believe the way the industry approaches performance marketing is fundamentally broken and you want to help build what comes next.

About Hilbert
Hilbert is a scalable, data science-first growth infrastructure that gives B2C teams predictive clarity into user behavior, revenue drivers, and the actions that drive sustainable growth. Backed by a16z, Asylum Ventures, and more. Fully agentic by design, Hilbert shrinks months-long decision cycles to minutes. One Infrastructure. Four Intelligence Layers. Built for Momentum. Hilbert turns fragmented data into clear answers and decisive actions using a proprietary architecture of AI/ML algorithms accessible through natural language. No code, no dashboards, no guesswork.
