Team Lead Supply Chain Planning

The role

As a Team Lead Supply Chain Planning, you will lead the planning and purchasing processes for ingredients supplied via a 3rd party Hub to our European and UK markets across all temperature zones. You will be instrumental in ensuring cost efficiency, mitigating risks, and maintaining optimal stock availability. Your role will involve proactively managing supply disruptions, optimizing supplier and 3PW partner performance, and aligning demand planning with strategic company goals, ultimately making HelloFresh better through data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for a critical supply chain network, improving how we work with external logistics partners through better structure, standardization, and cost efficiency. Owning category spend and savings targets.
• Act as the main link between business demand and logistics partner capabilities, translating needs into workable plans and ensuring alignment on cost, service, and capacity across markets.
• Lead and develop a supply planning team, building structure, ownership, and capability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Own end-to-end international supply planning and risk management, proactively managing disruptions, balancing supply flows, and ensuring reliable inventory availability across markets.
• Ensure strong data and planning discipline, making sure forecasts, tools, and reporting are accurate, consistent, and usable for daily and weekly decision-making.
  

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years in supply chain roles, with experience in planning, logistics, and multi-market coordination
• Strong supply planning and purchase to pay experience, including forecasting, demand alignment, and performance management
• Experience working with external logistics partners, including coordination, performance management, and practical problem-solving
• Proven team leadership experience, developing people, creating structure, and driving accountability in operational environments
