As a Senior Mobile Developer, you’ll join a cross-functional team building features that empower both customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll contribute to developing high-quality mobile and web experiences using modern technologies, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers while taking ownership of well-defined features end-to-end, growing your technical depth and product intuition over time.

We’re also increasingly leveraging AI-driven tools and systems - from developer productivity (e.g., code generation, testing support) to customer-facing experimentation and personalization - so you’ll have opportunities to build and iterate in an evolving, AI-enabled environment.

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts
• Build, test, and ship features that improve the customer experience and drive growth
• Contribute to code quality, performance, and maintainability of our mobile applications
• Participate in system design discussions and help implement scalable solutions
• Work with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality
• Use data and experimentation to inform product decisions and iterate on features
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews and team discussions
• Stay current with emerging tools and practices, including AI-assisted development workflows
• Work beyond your specialization when the problem demands it. Your specialization is your anchor, not your boundary.
• Operate what you build. You instrument, monitor, and improve your systems in production. Shipping is the beginning of the learning cycle, not the end.

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

• Hands-on experience working with AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) beyond casual experimentation. You use AI agents every day. You have a practical sense of how the context you provide to AI tools shapes output quality, and how to set boundaries on AI-generated work.
• 1 - 2 years of experience working with React or React Native
• 2 - 4 years of experience building mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) using technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, or React Native
• Solid understanding of integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs
• Experience with testing (unit, integration, or end-to-end) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with agile development and working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and product managers
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow
• Nice to have: Experience with experimentation platforms (A/B testing)
• Nice to have: Exposure to AI/ML-powered features or tools (e.g., personalization, recommendations, or developer tooling)
• Nice to have: Experience optimizing performance for mobile applications at scale
• You take full ownership. You have a bias to ship. You finish the last twenty percent.
• You have product sense and are opinionated about what should be built and why, and you can back that opinion with data and user evidence.
